Are you actually based in Cambridge?
Yes. EC Web is a Shopify agency in Cambridge, and has been a Shopify Partner since 2017. Local businesses can meet us in person, and we work with brands across the UK remotely.
Do you do Shopify web design, or just development?
Both. Most projects are a custom Shopify theme or a redesign of an existing one, so design and build happen together in one project. If you already have designs from a designer, we'll build them faithfully as an Online Store 2.0 theme your team can edit.
Can we meet in person?
Yes. For Cambridge and nearby businesses we're happy to meet for kick-offs, workshops and launches, at your office or somewhere central. Most of the week-to-week work still happens remotely, which keeps costs down.

How much does a Shopify website cost?
A new custom Shopify theme starts from £12,000, and moving from an older or paid theme starts from £6,000. Migrations to Shopify Plus start from £18,000, private apps from £8,000, and monthly support from £550 a month. Every project gets a fixed price in writing before it starts, and a short call is usually enough to give you a firm number.
