Shopify B2B and wholesale, set up properly on Advanced or Plus
We’re a UK Shopify B2B agency for brands selling wholesale. We set up Shopify’s native B2B for your trade customers, help you choose between Advanced and Plus, and build the quick order, quote and ERP pieces it doesn’t include.

What our Shopify B2B work covers
From setting up native B2B on your current store to a full wholesale build.
Native B2B setup
Companies, catalogues and terms, set up properly
Company accounts with their locations and buyers, catalogues and price lists, volume pricing, quantity rules and payment terms, all in Shopify's own B2B features rather than tags and discount codes.Choosing a plan
Advanced or Plus, decided on your numbers
We look at how many price lists you really need, how catalogues are assigned and how buyers pay, then tell you whether Advanced covers it or Plus is worth the extra.Storefront
A trade portal, a B2B-only store or a blended store
Wholesale and retail on one store, with trade buyers seeing their own prices once logged in, or a separate store just for trade customers. We set up whichever suits how you sell.Custom development
Quick order and quote requests
An order grid, paste-a-list ordering, one-click reorder and quote requests sent to your sales team. These aren’t part of native B2B, so we build them with custom Shopify development.Integration
ERP and stock sync for trade accounts
Trade customers, price lists, credit terms and stock kept in step with your ERP, so your sales team and your store agree. See Shopify ERP integration.Migration
Moving your trade customers across
Companies, contacts, addresses, price lists and order history moved from your old platform, B2B app or second wholesale store, with a plan for how buyers log in on day one.
Shopify B2B on Advanced or Plus?
Native B2B is no longer Plus only. The right plan depends on how many price lists you run and how your trade customers pay. Shopify Plus projects are covered in more depth on our Shopify Plus development page.
Basic, Grow and Advanced
Native B2B on a standard plan
Since April 2026 these plans include company profiles, up to three custom catalogues with their own pricing, volume discounts, quantity rules, saved cards and payment terms, at no extra cost. Three catalogues is enough for a retail, trade and distributor price, which suits many wholesalers.Shopify Plus
When you need more than three catalogues
Plus adds unlimited catalogues, catalogues assigned directly to companies and their locations, and deposits and partial payments. It earns its cost when big accounts each have negotiated prices, or buyers pay in stages. More in Shopify Plus vs Shopify. On any plan
What native B2B doesn't cover
Native B2B handles who sees which prices and how they pay. Quick order forms, quote requests, trade-only content and a storefront designed for buyers are built on top, as theme work or custom development.
The work our B2B projects build on
We don’t have a named wholesale case study to publish yet. This is the work and the method we bring to every B2B project.
Our guide
Native Shopify B2B or a custom build
What native B2B now does on each plan, what it leaves out, and the three ways merchants build wholesale on Shopify. The method we use on every B2B project. Our B2B theme, planned
Forge
A theme we're building on native B2B, with customer-specific catalogues, quick order, quote requests, volume pricing and payment terms fitted. Planned for the Shopify Theme Store, with a waitlist open now. Will's Vegan Store
ERP orders and stock across four stores
Zalando orders brought from the Plentymarkets ERP into Shopify, with tracking, delivery notes and returns documents handled automatically across stores for the UK, EU, US and Germany.A UK sewing and fabric retailer
Pricing logic inside checkout
A bundle discount built as a Shopify Function, so the pricing rules run inside Shopify's checkout. The same approach handles tiered and trade pricing rules.
How a Shopify B2B project runs
- 1
How you sell to trade today
A short call about your trade customers, price lists, terms and order process. If native B2B on your current plan already covers it, we'll say so. - 2
Written scope and fixed price
A proposal within three working days: which plan, how catalogues and companies map to your price lists, what's native and what's built, and the price. - 3
Set up, build and test
Companies, catalogues and terms configured, custom features built, then tested with real trade accounts placing real orders before buyers see anything. - 4
Launch to trade customers
Buyers invited in stages, with help for your team on managing companies and price lists, and fixes included after launch.
