What happens after I get in touch?
We reply within a working day and, if it helps, book a free 30-minute call. Within one to three days of that call you get a written proposal with a fixed price, a timeline and a clear description of what done looks like.
How much does a Shopify project cost?
Small jobs, such as a new theme section or an app audit, start at £1,500. A typical project is £8k to £25k over three to six weeks, while migrations and Shopify Plus builds usually take 6 to 12 weeks. Theme support retainers start from £550 a month. Every price is fixed and agreed in writing before work starts.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We can send a simple mutual NDA, or sign yours.
Do you work with agencies?
Sometimes, as a Shopify partner working behind your agency. You keep the client relationship.
Which time zones do you work in?
UK time (GMT/BST). Calls in European mornings and US East Coast afternoons work well.
